Antelope Valley California Poppy Reserve

We spent a beautiful day at the California Poppy Reserve in Lancaster. The wildflower season generally lasts from as early as mid-February through mid-May. Lots of trails to hike around the wild flowers. For directions, park hours, and more info: Antelope Valley California Poppy Reserve

On the way to lunch we drove to Frazier Park. The hills were covered with wildflowers.

After lunch we scouted for deer.
A good road.

A very questionable road

We found lots of deer
Literally "Where the Streets Have No Name"
